I am looking at purchasing a first time tractor for utility work around 55 acres we own. Mowing, snow removal, food plots, leveling trails, and the likes. I do not have a pole shed yet, and since I am in SW Wisconsin, should I limit my search to gas engines only, or would a diesel be ok outside in the winter? How valuable is a loader? Can a 3 pt blade move snow well enough? What are some of the other benefits of a loader? I'm not partial to any brand, but any suggestions on what tractor would you feel would best suite the needs above, at the best price, I'd be glad to hear from you. Thanks for the feedback.
