Perkins Update

Just in case any lurkers are interested, got that Perkins running today. Wound up putting a bulb-type primer in the fuel line between the fuel filter and the injection pump. Once I pumped it up and put some pressure on the inlet side of the pump, it cranked right up. Dunno how much pressure those bulb primers (like on an outboard motor, in fact I got it from the local Mercury dealer) generates, but it was enough to make the difference.
