The AC D-19 may well have a hitch called a "snap coupler", which was proprietary with AC- It can be converted to 3 point, at a price, but you would not have "draft control" (ability of the tractor to "sense" when the implement is getting too deep (ie, pulling too hard) and automatically lift it. IMHO, the D-19 is also too big for what you want- they aren't especially nimble in small areas. I also have heard poor reports on the 1010 JD. The older Fergusons do not have live PTO, and I think that is a must for you. I would look at the older Fords (660 or 860, or 2000, 3000, 4000 models), JD (420, 1020, 2020), Oliver Super 55 or 550, MF 135, AC D-15 or possibly D-17.
