Don't know why Your not interesting in IHC, They've made many models that would fit your tasks and parts & repair help abounds, but I'd stay WELL away from the 1010 deere. The D-19 would be a nice tractor with plenty of HP for everything You want to do. If your satisfied with the condition and have someone familiar with Allis I'd buy that. They had live PTO, live Hyd., good brakes, good power steering, 2-speed hand clutch, Snap Coupler was easily converted to Cat. 1 3-point and some of the later ones were equipped with 3-point from the factory. And that 262 cid-6 was Smooth, kinda thirsty but smooth.
