the only difference between a mulcher and a regular mower is the type of blade used. Regular mowers have a straight blade that just cuts the grass off, and throws it out whole length, a mulcher blade is curvy and cuts the grass up into pieces. The mower you have now could become a mucher simply by changing the blade(s) to mulchers, and mulcher blades are availible all over.
