If your just going to use it on the farm (unless the tube is showing), then I'd run them until they busted, and if one does break, make sure you park the tractor with the leak on top, so you don't lose your fluid and call a tire service to come and replace that tire. If you plan on pulling it in tractor pulls or running them on the road, I'd say maybe you ought to replace them, because badly weathered or cracked tires don't take it very well, but for on farm use, they will usually last quite a while.
