The sleeves come out the top. If they are going down with the piston the ridge around the top is broken off, I don't know wht you can't get the rod caps off. Is this a canidate for a different motor? Or maybe a whole nother tractor? I've got a running M I'd sell you for less money than you are going to have in yours.
