It is a Bolens Husky. They had several models based upon the Horsepower. If the tractor has a high and low range, which it appears to have, it is probably an 800 or 1000. They originally came with Wisconsin motors. In subsequent years, they added 50 to the model numbers, i.e. 600 became 650, 800 became 850 etc. These tractors were nice in that the drive belt was in constant motion and had a clutch. They also had a hub that you turned in the center of the left rear wheel to lock the rear and make it a posi traction. Great little tractors. Could outpull anything at the time.
