Auction report

Just back from Gray's auction in Fairlee, VT. Here's a partial list of items I found at least of a passing interest: Northwest level, new: $275 (my brother says you can buy one from a catalog for about that) IH 584, ROPS, nice: $2800 Super M, real nice: $1950 M, no paint but ran sweet, power steering: $1700 Pair of real nice MF 135 w/Perkins diesel: $3100 each. Ford 3PTH cutterbar mower: $450 New Holland 1411 Discbine, nice: $3250 dorF 8N, nicely restored, Sherman trans: $1775 Case W14 loader: $10,250 JD 40 dozer, cute, ran great: $2800 IH 1086 turbo, new rear tires, real nice: $8500 Ford 1710 w/770 loader, ROPS, like new: $9000 Long 460 w/bucket, good cond: $6700 JD 4320 diesel: $7500 dorF 881 w/snow blade: $2000 MF 180 diesel, new tires: $2500 IH 656 diesel, looked rough, ran okay: $2300 New Holland 311 baler w/thrower, decent shape: $2250 JD 544B loader w/bucket and forks: $12,250 Didn't stay till the end. There were a few more items I would have liked to see what they brought, like a JD 420 and and IH 424.
