Well if you can't spend any money it will be hard to do. If you have a dril pump and the adaptor for the valve stem its not hard to drain and save the fluid. If you have a hill and a hose you could put the tractor on the hill jack up that side and put the stem at the top hook up the hose and run the hose to the bottom of the hill and have a drum of some sort sitting there to put the hose in.turn the wheel so the stem is at the bottom and it would drain that way. Of course you would have to remove the valve stem
