I like my 1250 with the finger pick-up. The
plateless units demand a little more attention to
cleaning, but gives me very little trouble. I
only plant small acreage now and I still use it
for beans. I prefer it over the drill. Just old
fashioned, I guess. (Better yields than my
neighbor with his $$$$$$$$$ fancy no-till drill!)
