Could be a number of things.Stuck injector,piece of carbon on top of the piston,broken piece of ring or piston on top of piston,piece of ? on top of piston that passed out the exhaust,broken piston skirt,spun bearing,but this would affect oil pressure. Maybe to be on the safe side pull the pan down and have a look at the bearings,and piston skirts.
