allis chalmers vintage road grader

i have a allis chalmers road grader that i beleive to be in the 1940's to 50's it looks like a wd but with a stretched out front end and a blade that is operated by to large wheels per side of the stering wheel. does any one know any thing about this model and about what is it worth.
