i am not sure how big the crack is but you can try welding it, but the reason it is cracking may be because were it bolts to the engine is not flush, when you bolt it down it will be fine but as it heats up and cools down it may crack again. i would try to weld it but i would be carefull because when you weld it, it will pull the crack together which may be enough not to alow it to bolt back up. hopefully that was a little helpful. tractor.
