Scott, Remove the 3- nuts that hold on your emergency brake and behind it you will see your "computer" (PCM), it will look like a alum. box. On the end that faces the rear of the truck you will see an add on chip that will plug into that end of the PCM. If it has had a programmer installed, you will have a more difficult time finding that out. I am not sure how other than maybe having a dealer plug in the port under the glove box area and check it or someone else with a programmer. The advise of checking TDS is a great site and ALOT of helpful people there.
