JR,
Epoxy repairs won't stand the heat . Let the
arc welder set on the shelf and get out the
torch. Use oxy/acet cast iron weld , it comes
in square rod in several sizes (sometimes round)
and is used with flux . The rod is the same
material as the manifold , it will give you a
a weld that matches the strength , material ,
and color of the base material .
