Both of the loaders you are looking at are very good. The only benifit i know of is the woods brand gives you the option of choosing a 4 & 1 bucket setup where the bushhog brand doesn't offer that option. (about 95% sure) Both are good loaders. make sure you get a front mounted pump and enjoy what ever you choose.
