Blow that stuff out of the cylinders with compressed air. The fill them with tranny fluid. The set a good hot 12 volt battery in it after a few days and DO NOT turn it on but hit the starter button with short fast hits. Most likely it will pop free. NEVER ever leave the spark plugs out for any reason what so ever or you will have all sorts of problems from mice to digf dobbers etc. I have done more then 20 stuck tractorsa and out of all of those only 2 didn't pop free
