Resore engine treatment

Folks: Has anyone here ever used a product called Restore with CSL. It is added to the engine oil, and is supposed to fill the tiny scratches and surface imperfections on the cylinder walls with copper, silver, and lead particles and result in better compression. I am tempted to try it in my semi-weary gas MF35, but I'm not sure. Anyone out there got any answers? Thanks!
