Rockford or twin disc clutches are available at industrial drive train shops,equipment salvage yards,and some engine distributors. The problem you are going to encounter is the engine will need an industrial bellhousing adapter,to match the clutch which is circular..I do not know if an industrial adapter housing is available for your application.You might check a VW engine distributor for this part first.If you can get by without a clutch,a machine shop could make a drive plate to bolt to your flywheel,and use a love-joy coupler to the pump.
