I just bought a WD for a $1000.00 It was in pretty decent shape minus the paint and a few pings and a bad tire. I would think a WD45 if it runs good and don't smoke and clutch is good it would be worth $750.00 to $1500.00 depending on location and if it is truly a 53'. That would make it worth a little more, because that was the first year Allis-Chalmers made the 45. Check the serial number located right below the left brake housing on the inside of where the fenders go. The 53' started with number 146607 and and the 54' started with 160386. Hope this helps.
