ya, I'd replace the plugs; Take the distibuter apart , clean & grease; replace the oil filter and put in the new gasket that will come with it if you get one from case ih, contrary to popular opinion, if you put a new oil filter gasket in right you may never have to do it again. If they ain't leaking and ain't old and hard, I never disturb them. Good idea to clean and grease the starter and generator too. Check for quantity and quality of grease in the rear end. Take the drain plug loose below the PTO and if there is water you can let it drip past the threads without draining the oil.
