TM 150 NEW holland transmission problem

Hi,

Can anyone provide me with any technical advise on a TM 150 NEW HOLLAND tractor.

Problem: When driving in forward(hare)motion and changes to reverse(tortorise) motion, there is a grating sound coming from the transmission, figure one of the synchronizer. However, this noise is only there when the changing over occurs; when the changing over has been completed the noise is no longer there.Is it a hydraulic problem within the transmission?is it a mechanical? or is it an electrical problem?

This problem only occurs when changing from forward motion to reverse motion.

Wish if someone can give me advise at this moment.
Do not know what to do.
