I took the radiator off my 806 today as I needed to replace the water pump. The right side where it bolts in place was loose at the bottom and I took it to the radiator shop to get it solderd. The owner looked at it after the employee solderd it and I had paid him and he said "this radiator has been leaking along the top seam at some time. I said well it holds pressure overnight and I felt the fan and it was loose so I am changing out the pump and wanted to get this solderd. He pressures it up and finds no leaks then takes a hammer and beats on the seam and it still doesn't leak. I felt he was trying to make business. I said it is only on my extra tractor and it wil not be used hard. I took the radiator and ran. I plan to try another radiator shop next time. I am glad I was there looking at my radiator or I probably would have been buying a core
