I dont think anybodies ever going to come after you for libel or slander. If you keep a copy of the ad or an email where the person stated a condition of the item and any one thing is different than stated its kind of hard to win a case. If youve filed with the postal service, attorney general, police, what are they going to do take you to court where you can get at them?
