when you turn the key on,you should hear a click that comes from the left side of the dash cowl.there is a solenoid there that turns on power to the dash.there is a voltmeter in the dash that registers battery power.does the meter show power? there is a neutral switch that must be working properly,it is on the right side of the transmission.then there is a relay under the hood that sends power to the starter.all these have to be working for your 4430 to start.
