Most people won't buy it without shelling it. The other post was right about certain mills and livestock farmers buying it. In most cases, it's time to start shelling. As for the yield, it depends a lot on your location. We get around 150 or more bu of shelled corn an acre here. That works out to 16,000 lbs of just grain on 2 acres. The cobs would add a few more pounds. There is a factor for this but I forget what it is. Just out of curiosity, what do you use to pick the corn with? We did about 15 acres this year with a IH 234 on an M. Aaron
