I would say that he is a crook if he has rebuilt the engine then he should stand behind it and make it wright . For the 19 years that i did the buy and sell and repair i only had one that i had a problem with and i ate that one and it did not taste vary good . and the one that i was not proud of i told the man stright up that it was darn near junk and what it needed to make it a good tractor and he did not care and took it that way and i marked on the bill of sale that it was in need of work and it was as is where is..
