Well the only thing that makes me think he may be legit is that this horse is extremely rare, only about 300 alive. Also, they are the only draft horse breed originating in the USA. Finally, they have a palomino look. Trigger on steriods is how I describe them. So the guy might be looking for something really unique. But it's a long shot. I will probably pass on this one.
