Case 400 diesel

I have the oportunity to aquire a Case 400 diesel it is in running order other than the 3pt wont lift the owner went through the pump (so they say) not sure to what extreem but it still wont lift what could be the problem? Also it is a narrow front and i would like to get a wide front for it I am in northern wisconsin where would the most likely place to find a used one be(within 300 miles). And lastly who made/makes a loader to fit this model i cant seem to find anyone? thanks.
