Need help finding wheel

I hope someone can help me find a wheel for my Bready (not David Bradley) walk behind garden tractor. So far I've had no luck. Really want to get this going again its been in the family since new. The wheel I'm looking for takes a 5.00X12 ag tire and the rim splits in two the center is just a flat disc with a large cast iron hub/drum with teeth in the center. It takes a hub that has ratchet dogs that click into place. If you think you know of one fitting this description let me know. I can also provide pictures and more information. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
