I understand, the "new" JD drew him in, can't blame him a bit,it is a very fine machine, like I said before, I would strongly be considering a 6420 or 30 if I were shoping for a new machine. Its a small world, I lived in J'town for many years (still live in L'ville) and still to this day drive 155 to get to Taylorsville and then another few miles to 623 which takes me to my farm, well it's still my grandmothers but I run it and am directly in line to receive it one day. My G'dad always ran MF 135s and 35s only on the farm when I was a kid. My dad bought the "big" tractor a 165 diesel but the tornado of '74 wrecked it and it never was replaced. So just from family values I'm trying to get to masseys whenever I can but right now I've got the JD2950 which is my main machine, a MF1105 for heavy work and a Ford 3600 for light work. No color consistency on my place! I've got some hay fields that I'm really having trouble getting the weeds out of and the grass to thicken up in, any chance you're interested in checking them out and offering some wisdom?

And I think Dad was ready for some automation too. And so it was that we acquired a good, used J. I. Case, wire tie hay baler. In addition to a person to drive th
