if they are powerkings/economy tractors - they are just about broken in. I have a 1961 Jim Dandy (smaller version) and it starts right up and does anything I want. Parts are available here is a good site
http://members.aol.com/economy24/private/index.htm Engines are your basic cast iron kohler or B&S so those parts are available... Prices I have seen are around $1300 on up depending on attachements The attachements you do not need or want you could probably trade here for ones you do need... Martin
