I became discused when they whinned about budget cuts soon after the Sherrif had his office remodled, including new furniture and if I remember correctly it was about $20,000.00 worth of work and furnishings. Then a local municipality had to have a new truck because the existing one was too old. Well, the thing may have been 12 years old, but it was just broke in by any of our standards. Same with a new fire truck for a local fire department. The thing had extremely low miles and was in mint condition.
