Pricey, in Texas anyway and we are pricey here, especially where I live as our county has more 5 acre "farms".....yuppie of course, than any other county in the state and there are lots. Bought a Deluxe 35 with 900 orig hrs (couple of yrs ago) for that price. Had dual remotes, PS all orig, paint excellent...beautiful tractor with new rubber all around. Mark
