Overseas Procurement for a tractor for sale

A company called Overseas Procurement Limited contacted us in response to an ad we placed advertising a tractor for sale. The ad said they are based in South Africa and had a client interested in purchasing and that they would arrange for pickup after payment has been recieved by the seller. Has anybody ever had dealings with them? Any advise would be very helpful.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
