Ford 4000 - Like 801?

Is a Ford 4000 tractor that was made in about 1963 about the same as the 801 except for the color. The tractor engine and transmission is sorta turquoise colored with fenders and hood off white color.

The engine is diesel and I believe it is 56 HP. The transmission is a select-o-speed 10 forward and two reverse gears. Power steering and live PTO.

Also, for some unknown reason, the PTO requires the engine speed to be over 800 rpm in order to engage. Is this normal?
