Your best and easiest route to answer the first question is to call the factory at 800-922-5632, ext #6. Ask for hike. He will be able to give you the spec's on your engine.
On the value, I would check Ebay or earlier posts on this forum or the Stationary Engine Forum. You should be able to get a pretty accurate value with a little searching.
