Seeking aftermarket lift arm leveler

The one on my 550 Dsl is welded shut. Bought a couple of them cheapies from TSC and was not impressed. One bent and the other the threads stripped. (I know, I know cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap!) Was thinking that maybe one from an old Ford might fit or does anyone have a lead on a decent aftermarket unit? I can always paint it Meadow Green :) Ideally I would like to find original Oliver in working shape but hey, it's a working rig so I am not real picky. Thanks!
