Help identify this tractor!

Hey, all.

I don't have a photo to post yet, but I'll work on it (the only photo I have is terrible... can't even scan it.) Anyway, this thing is on steel on all four corners, rear wheels have what look like fairly subtle lugs or pyramids, looks to be about Cub/Pony/Farmall A sized, steering wheel is roughly parallel to the ground and the shaft goes just about straight down (angled out maybe 10, 15 degrees like a Ferguson), looks like it's powered by a 2-cycle horizontal shaft, either it doesn't have sheet metal or its missing. I know that's not much to go on, but if you guys can provide some suggestions I'll go look up photos and try to make a match.
