Need some info on the IH 674

I have the opportunity to purchase a IH 674 from a friend. I've read most all the questions and answers regarding subjects on the 674 but really never got a feel for what the tractor is worth and how "good" of a farming tractor it really is. Maybe someone can help me out. Here's the facts...
1976 IH 674 Dsl.(239D) w/ loader(don't know #)
original owner since new, 6200 hrs, overhauled by dealer at 5000hrs, tires are 40-50% rear and 75% front, 3pt, dual remotes, excellent overal shape including paint and tin. I haven't asked what he wants for it or haven't made him an offer, that's were I need advice. Help please!!! Thanks
