Ok was it parked out side? If yes haws the exhaust pipe is it covered, does it fit tight in the manafold.
you probably have rain water in the engine, drain the oil pan, let the oil sit in the cylinders for a few day, And then you might top them off with some turpentine. Make sure its gum spirits of turpentine. Then redrain the pan and fill with good oil and give the starter a try it should brake free unless the water has frooze in that cylinder and broke some thing.
