word of advice, which I know you are aware of-hope that some of those kids that you stay late with or any for that matter-do not charge you with molestation 10 years from now. If you are an educator you know it can happen and you will be put out on your own. Your innocence will mean nothing, as you may not even remember the kid. Interesting to note that KERA has made education a cookie cutter approach and we now no longer measure our educational advances by the test, but teach the test. All curriculm, staffing, facilities, expenses, etc, revolve around one test. That coupled with incompetent/opportunistic adminstration is killing education. Dedication across the board is a thing of the past-people are now units, USED to increase gains in test areas as targeted by KDE. Good luck
