Another thing to keep in mind is kids(and Adults) only learn up to the amount they want to learn. If someone has the desire to learn they can aquire much more knowledge than someone who doesnt. Even if they sit side by side in the same classroom, and are exposed to the same amount of teaching. My grandfather has an 8th grade education, but on some techinical levels he blows me away, and I have a bachlors degree in Engineering...
