Cancelled mine a few years ago-no problems, they wanted to extended my service and give me extra viewing for free(HBO for 2 months) they persisted I finally said if I did not want basic why would I want extra. A word of advice you might want to make sure your account is paid in full and that your credit card is informed you will no longer accept those charges. Easy for someone who is setting miles away to be derelict in their duties and cause you months of problems.
