We are going through the same problems with Earthlink. We cancelled, they kept charging, we called them on it and now they say they can't give us a credit on our account becuaes we dont have one. The rep really got pissy when I asked her how she could sleep at night knowing that she was stealing. This isn't over yet, but I will never, ever have Earthlink again.
