Funny you should say that, I was looking at pics the other day and noticed at least one had the exhaust flapper at about 45 degrees up which is where mine sit when they are running medium RPM's.

So I asked myself, self, you don't suppose that flapper is jammed open to look like the tractor is running (with no smoke)now do you?

Self replied, shame on you for being such a pessimist.

Seriously, does make you wonder.

Would be nice if you could get a non-involved 3rd party to referee for you when you attempt to buy equipment over the electronic media.
