That is a pretty open ended question.....New or used? Any brand prefrences? I'd say look for something heavy and with some type of shuttle shift. There are many choices out there. The industrials should give you more lift,and the pure industrials will give you a stronger axle and hydraulics. But often the industrials were beat to death years ago.......
