Thanks for all the comments and tips. I'll try the chain and turnbuckle trick, see if that helps,along with carpet padding. Rollbar frame is solid on these instead of hollow, probably due to heavier weight of machine. When we did the clutch split, the engine stayed in front half of the tractor, and wasn't taken out of the frame. Engine was overhauled 1000 hrs. ago, so no need for an underhaul.
