I would vote that it is. This tractor pictured is way to expensive to be offered up on Ebay for less that a starting bid of ,,,ummm, like 50 grand?? I don't know these big tractor prices but it certainly is more than what you would give for the little construction loaders from JD. Plus, it says it is in a town in Portugal. In the United States.
